Emma’s background and experience is what sets her apart from other personal trainers. She began her weight loss journey after struggling with weight gain. She tried every fad diet and workout plan, but nothing seemed to work until she started focusing on more sustainable and realistic approaches and joined a 30-day program that she committed to. Emma’s own journey to finding sustainable health has been a driving force in her mission to help others do the same.

Emma’s approach to fitness and nutrition is all about balance. She believes in taking a holistic approach to health, recognizing that it’s not just about working out or eating healthy, but finding the right balance for each individual. Emma’s programs involve sustainable and healthy habits such as drinking water and getting enough sleep, in addition to workout routines and macro plans. Her programs are personalized by identifying macros specific for you.

In addition to her coaching services, Emma passion led her to develop HAPI health and fitness supplements. It truly is a holistic approach to health, and having the right supplements your body needs is recommended in your journey.

It’s not just her expertise that makes Emma so inspiring, it’s her relatability. Emma employs a no-BS attitude when it comes to her approach. She’s upfront about the challenges that come with reaching sustainable health and isn’t going to sugarcoat anything. She recognizes that weight loss isn’t about perfection, it’s about progress.
